About the Event
We are collaborating and bringing you different elites of the industry to educate you on your craft whilst simultaneously taking the aspect of mindfulness into deep discussion and applying this to your movement.
This begins by getting to the roots of any performers blocks.
In the workshop you will learn how to quiet your mind and trust in all the tools you have been given throughout your dance journey. In gaining mental awareness we will discover how rejection or judgement is affecting you and how you can turn negative emotions into positive ones.
We want you all to use dance as a tool to overcome fear and process negative experiences.
